Patrick Makau Musyoki (Manyanzwani ,Kenia- 2 marzo 1985)  Campione mondiale a squadre di mezza maratona nel 2007 e 2008, medaglia d'argento individuale in entrambe le competizioni.Con il tempo di 58:52 vanta la terza miglior prestazione mondiale sulla mezza maratona, alle spalle di Zersenay Tadese e Samuel Wanjiru. Ha vinto l'edizione 2010 della maratona di Rotterdam in 2:04:48, quarto tempo di sempre su questa distanza. Il 25 settembre 2011 vince per la seconda volta la maratona di Berlino, segnando la migliore prestazione di tutti i tempi sulla distanza, con 2h03'38, 21 secondi in meno del vecchio primato che apparteneva al leggendario etiope Haile Gebrselassie e che era stato realizzato nel 2008.
